Cancellation or Renewal policy

4.1 Cancellation by the Customer

The Customer may cancel any service:

  • From the Control Panel or by written request.
  • At least 5 days before the renewal date.

Cancellation prevents future renewals, but does not generate full or partial refunds for contracted periods that have already begun.

If the Customer qualifies as a natural person, they may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of contracting the service, unless they have expressly agreed to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledged that this waives the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Articles 102 and 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law (TRLGDCU).

4.2 Cancellation by Naranjatec

Naranjatec may cancel services in the event of:

  • Non-payment or fraud.
  • Breach of the AUP or the Terms.
  • Legal or competent authority requirement.
4.3 Renewals
  • Services are automatically renewed according to the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly or annually).
  • The Customer may deactivate automatic renewal at any time from the Control Panel.
4.4 Procedure and deletion of data

After cancellation:

  • Service data is retained for up to 7 days (hosting/VPS) or according to the contractual term (Private Cloud) for recovery.
  • After this period, the data will be securely deleted.

For natural person Customers, Naranjatec will guarantee access to their data prior to permanent deletion for the period legally required for digital content under Spanish consumer law.
